Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At TrendBells, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping

• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery time: 7–14 business days
• Tracking details will be shared via email
• Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout

Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Certain items (beauty & personal care) are non-returnable

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
